All document generation on FreeDocMaker happens entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any of the information you enter into our document generators — including names, addresses, agreement terms, or any other personal data. Your data never leaves your device.

No Accounts or Registration

FreeDocMaker does not require account creation, email addresses, or any form of registration. There are no login systems, user databases, or profile storage.

How Document Generation Works

When you use one of our document generators, all processing happens in your web browser using JavaScript. The form data you enter is used to populate the document template locally on your device. When you click download, the PDF or Word file is generated on your computer, not on a remote server. At no point during this process is your data transmitted over the internet or stored anywhere outside your browser's temporary memory.

Cookies and Analytics

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services that collect personal information. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate page views, but no personally identifiable information is collected.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on AWS S3 and served through Cloudflare CDN. These services may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser type, access times) as part of their normal operations. We do not have access to or use this data for tracking purposes.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain. Any information you enter into our document generators exists only in your browser's memory and is erased when you close the page.

Children's Privacy

FreeDocMaker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since our service does not collect any personal data from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent data collection from minors.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect, store, or process any personal data, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, delete, or export. You have complete control over your data at all times since it never leaves your device. If you have downloaded a document, you can delete the file from your device at your discretion.
